DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To support strategic risk management role that has a broad remit and responsibilities for leading implementation and management of all aspects of Regulatory Compliance including impact analysis of regulatory changes, and driving coordination and execution of the various Regulatory Compliance work streams and assurance in Indonesia, while ensuring alignment with Global Standards.
To enhance framework and streamline process for identify/filtering/reporting regulatory compliance breach risk
To provide accurate. relevant, and timely information to relevant risk management committees for management's decision making.
To establishe and implement global standards and strategic policies which ensure Global and Commercial Market exposure to current risks and emerging arising risk are managed properly in a commercial focus and practical manner.
To liaise with relevant stakeholder\business function to provide expertise and support on all Regulatory Compliance related matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
